- How soon will I get my goods?
Right now our houses are made to order, production time is approximately 1 week. We ship USPS priority which takes about 2-3 days.If you would like a faster shipping option please send me a message and we can get you some rates.
- My air plant doesn't look so good. What should I do?
Every plant we package and send are hand selected for their quality and good looks. We provide plant care instructions with each purchase so your plant can remain healthy and happy. Down the line, if you're plant starts to look in bad shape you can purchase a replacement plant from our shop. There also might be occasions in which tempurature drops or transit mishaps become too hard on the plant. In this case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your plant and describe the problem (provide a photo if you can) and we will work something out so you are happy.
- I need some architectural work done! Do you know of anyone?
Indeed. Micheal (one-half of MHP) is trained as an architect and loves contract work. Field measurement/as-built drawings (Portland, OR only), drafting, model building and residential design are all part of his repertoire. Send him an email with your project description and we can talk about it.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
